The Void is operated by Bear Hug Wellness. It's a quiet place, and we want your experience here to feel that way too — including how we handle money. If something went wrong with a payment, please reach out. We read every message.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Echo Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason, including monthly subscriptions. Just let us know and we'll take care of it.

Cancellations. You can cancel anytime from inside the app to stop future renewals. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund — use the refund process above if you'd also like your most recent charge returned.

About Human Echo. Human Echo responses come from real people, which is part of what makes them feel different.

Free trial. The 3-day trial means you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and nothing will be billed.

How payments are handled. Our payment provider, Stripe, is the Merchant of Record for all orders and processes refunds on our behalf. To request a refund or view your order, email us at support@the-void.life and we'll take care of it. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
