All sales are final. No refunds. By purchasing Echo Premium you agree that all charges are non-refundable. Please use the 3-day free trial to decide if it's right for you before being billed.
Cancellations. You can cancel anytime from inside the app under settings. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
About Human Echo. Human Echo responses come from real people, which is part of what makes them feel different.
Free trial. The 3-day trial means you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and nothing will be billed.
How payments are handled. Our payment provider, Stripe, is the Merchant of Record for all orders. All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. If you have a billing issue (an accidental charge, a failed payment, or something else that doesn't look right), email us at support@the-void.life and we'll help.
